This engaging session features a panel discussion on criminal issues, marketing and productive uses, and compliance risks of utilizing AI in the accounting and financial services industry.
Our panel discussion will be led by Marcus Blair, founder of Omega Business Solutions, Captain Aaron Yarnell of the Knox County Sheriffs Office and Bill Dean of LBMC’s Cybersecruity practice.

Marcus Blair
Marcus is the founder of Omega Business Solutions (formerly called Omega Digital Solutions), a firm he launched around 2020 to help organizations use technology for scalable growth. He brings over 20 years of experience in digital transformation, process improvement, AI implementation, automation, and business intelligence, building custom solutions that connect disparate data and drive efficiency. He is a recognized community contributor and mentor at the Knoxville Entrepreneur Center and regularly shares insights on LinkedIn. Omega Business Solutions helps leaders build more efficient and scalable organizations by aligning technology with real business processes. Utilizing their recently released CoreIQ, a software package to consolidate data into a single chat interface and private AI deployments to protect data and avoid vendor lock-in; Omega Business Solutions provide client outcomes that include improved conversion rates, increased leads and revenue and significant operational time savings.

Captain Aaron Yarnell:
Captain Aaron Yarnell started at Knox County Sheriffs Office in the Support Services unit in May 1995. Since then he has worked in the Correction Division, as a Patrol officer, Detective, in the divisions of Major Crimes, Special Investigations Unit and Information and Technology division. Currently Captain Yarnell oversees the Technology Division.
In addition to his service to the public, he is a devout Christian, and his wife, daughters and granddaughter are his top priority.

Bill Dean:
Based in Knoxville, Bill is a Shareholder and the East Tennessee Cybersecurity Market Lead for LBMC’s Cybersecurity practice. He Spearheads penetration testing, application testing, purple team engagements, incident response, digital forensics, electronic discovery, and litigation support services. With nearly 30 years of IT experience and close to 20 years of information security expertise, Bill coordinates LBMC Cybersecurity’s projects across the nation and internationally, providing strategic leadership and technical direction.
